We are proud and delighted to partner with each of our clients, and delivering a high quality service is important to me and to each of our employees. Global payroll and contingent labor are industries where, if things go well, generally you don't hear about it. But if things go wrong, you surely do.
SafeGuard World International is focused on Service Excellence and providing personal attention to each and every one of our clients. Clients rely on us to manage the payroll for thousands of employees who are working around the world and our employees know how critical it is to manage client information accurately, consistently and securely. We take that role very seriously.
As part of our Service Excellence program, I have implemented a customer feedback program which recognizes individuals for their efforts, hard work and commitment to delivering superior service to our clients.
