SafeGuard World Named a Leader in NelsonHall’s 2016 Multi-Country Payroll Evaluation

AUSTIN, TEXAS – (February 22, 2017) – SafeGuard World International (SafeGuard World) has been recognized as a Leader in Payroll Services with a Multi-Country Focus by leading global analyst firm NelsonHall. Placement in the NelsonHall NEAT report is the result of analyst assessment and feedback from the vendor’s clients. The positioning reflects some of the recent successes and growth SafeGuard World has seen in the last couple of years.

The NEAT is a resource for strategic HR and Payroll professionals and sourcing managers as they evaluate their options for improved global payroll technology and service delivery. NEAT assesses a global payroll provider’s ‘ability to deliver immediate benefit’ based on metrics such as service and technology offerings, delivery capabilities, customer size and presence, and type of benefits provided. Additionally, a forecast of a vendor’s ‘ability to meet future client requirements’ based on the vendor’s service culture, partnership approach, level of investment in its technology and operations, and market momentum are critical for multi-national companies to understand in today’s global marketplace. The stability of SafeGuard World’s relationships – both with clients and partners – was acknowledged as a key strength, resulting in high scores around a commitment to service and their ability to meet future client needs.

“SafeGuard World has been recognized as a leader for its multi-country focus, including for its ability to provide payroll in ~174 countries, supported by five global delivery centers across all major regions,” said Gary Bragar, NelsonHall’s HRO Research Director. “100% of its contracts are multi-country, with around half of its revenue being global, from clients with scope in three or more regions. This is backed by receiving high client satisfaction scores from its clients for multi-country payroll delivery and multi-country reporting.”

The NEAT points to the company’s rapid onboarding service, certified payroll integrations, and analytics capabilities as strengths. However, the report identifies SafeGuard World’s Unity® platform as a key differentiator, noting it provides employees accessibility to e-payslips in 50 languages and visibility of payroll results across multiple countries and currencies.

“We view NelsonHall’s evaluation of our services as validation of the work we’ve done to become a leading global payroll provider, and more importantly, of the strategic direction in which we are moving,” said Bjorn Reynolds, SafeGuard World’s Chief Executive Officer. “The fact that client satisfaction is key to their assessment reinforces our confidence in the quality and scope of our services. We know the investments we make to continuously innovate our products and improve our clients’ experience will continue to position us as the smart choice for global companies that want to simplify their payroll and use it more strategically.”
